Data we collect

• Your email address, language, country and city, and the departure airports you chose.
• Your preferences (destinations, months, budget, frequency) and channels: Telegram chat id and WhatsApp number if you connect them.
• For Premium members: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We never store card data.
• Proof of consent: wording accepted, date, IP address and browser.
• Anonymised analytics, only if you accept them.

Purposes and legal bases

• Sending the deals you asked for: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Providing Premium and billing: performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and our accounting obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).
• Security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

Recipients and transfers

Our processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Telegram and Meta/WhatsApp (if you connect those channels), our hosting provider, and PostHog (analytics, with your consent). Some are outside the European Union; such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.

Retention

For as long as you are subscribed, then 3 years after your last interaction for inactive subscribers. Consent records are kept 5 years, billing data 10 years (legal obligation).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction: from your "My subscription" page (one-click download and deletion) or by writing to us. You may complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Cookies

One strictly necessary cookie remembers your subscription on this device, and another your language. No analytics cookie is set without your consent.
